Usps not updating tracking
You can also email USPS with the tracking number and package information, which seems to get things moving too, even if they never email you back (sometimes they don't if the package is scanned and moving again). Once I contacted them it made it to its destination a day later.You contacting the buyer is the best move imo, just gotta play the waiting game on their response. I can't explain this method, but it works almost every time: go to the tracking page on USPS and sign up for email updates.Within a day 9 times out of 10 the package will be scanned and begin moving again.They will send you e-mail updates of tracking info. I did, on the USPS website it just says “Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS” as if they never received it.
And even more than that, stick to FBA, its both easier and more cost-effective. Just an update on this: Yesterday I got a unexpected e-mail saying the package had been scanned in here in NY.

They initially contacted that other customer regarding the lack of shipping updates, and said they hoped it didn't get stolen or broken in the mail, and were relieved when I contacted them about the surprise item.
I offered to send it forward but they said I could keep it.
