One more clock weather not updating
Visit Stack Exchange Since a couple of days/weeks, I noticed that my widgets aren't updating anymore on my home screens of my Nexus 6 (Android 6.0.1).
It's not related to a single widget, it's all of them.
If you clear some notifications, the weather info will show up again.
Sadly, that's the only way for now, until Samsung comes with a new update to the Always On Display feature.
Though all the three apps work perfectly, there's a minor flaw.
Since the AOD screen displays the temperature as a notification icon, the temperature tends to get hidden if you receive too many notifications.
One of the best apps to help in this matter is Weather Underground. All you have to do is install the app and enable the weather notification in the status bar by going to Settings Weather Underground is not the only app which lets you have the weather information on the Always On Display screen.
If you'd rather have a colored temperature icon on the screen, the best app is Weather Bug.
